Software Quality Assurance focuses on a system's lifecycle and allows the implementation, testing and maintanance of the system in a controlled way, minimising the risks of bugs, failures and breakdowns.

As part of SQA we do:

Preparation of quality documentation for software (specifications, procedures, instructions, etc.)

Maintenance, to ensure that any changes in the system will follow Software Quality Assurance processes
